We only carry a very high grade USDA Choice or USDA Prime (the highest of beef grades). We even ship our steaks from Chicago to Biddeford so that every package contains the same incredible top-quality beef. Giant North Australian Lobster Tails especially when paired with our tender Filet Mignons steaks.
