Yummy! I like beef but prefer grass fed. It has many health benefits... Omega -6 EFA, iron to name a few. Not to mention grass fed doesn't have any of those harmful steroids, which is better for you and the environment! I have come across some delicious and healthy beef... Even though I work with them I have to say if you are looking for healthy grass fed beef - Look no further
